DNA kits, DNA reports, and DNA packages are non-refundable once activated, dispatched, returned to the laboratory, or processed.

Replacement DNA kits may be available where applicable. Additional charges, including shipping and handling fees, may apply.

DNA recommendations are intended to support informed wellness decisions and do not replace medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
